I’ll be taking photos on the morning of August 12th, as the moon sets over the tents in the West, just as the sun is rising in the East. The moon will be roughly the size of one of the tents.

Delivery of Photos: From the shots I take, I’ll process and deliver the best ones in high resolution JPEG format via dropbox no later than August 17th. I’ll guarantee one photo only, but it is more likely there will be a few good ones.

Usage\Licensing: Glamping Canyonlands will have a perpetual marketing license for all photos delivered. Photos can be used in any marketing, social media, websites, or print materials. This does not include a retail license, so selling prints or other merchandise using any of the images is not permitted. A retail license can be obtained at any time depending on desired usage.

Cancellation: A cancellation made before August 11th will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee. If moon photos are not obtainable due to cloud cover or other conditions, we can either do a refund or a reschedule.
