We’ll explore some of the best sites for photography in Arches National park! I’ll pick you up at 7:30pm and we’ll head to the park for an unforgettable time, including photos of a beautiful sunset, and then we’ll setup for some Milky Way goodness. Along the way I’ll provide as much personalized instruction and tips as you’d like to take your photography to the next level.

I’ll have an optimal itinerary ready to go for us, however, I’m happy to customize our plans to ensure we make it to any specific sites, etc. No extra charge for any custom planning, so feel free to email me with any requests.

Duration: Approximately 5 hours, with pickup at 7:30PM.

What’s Included:
•Transportation for the duration of the trip. I’ll pick you up from your place of lodging, or we can arrange for meetup\pickup spot in town.
•Photography instruction and guidance in the field, including (if desired):
-Planning apps and how to use them to find and plan photos with precision.
-Choosing the best camera settings based on lighting and other conditions to get the best exposure possible.
-I’ll be sharing knowledge and tips about getting the most out of a Milky Way shoot, and will be able to answer any questions you have along the way.

What to bring:
•Camera with wide angle lens for landscape shots
•Recommended lens for astrophotography is also wide angle and has aperture of f2.8 or wider (lower value)
•Tripod
•Light for walking around at night, headlamp preferable. I have an extra if needed.
•Water and snacks

Cost: $360 total (1 Photographer at $320, and 1 tag-along vehicle at $40)
